Remember that phrase I always use? "So bad it's almost good?" Well DEATHSTALKER makes it halfway through that phrase. It's a film that's so bad, its just bad. It also remains one of the worst guilty pleasures I have on film. Filmed in 1982 roughly ten minutes after the success of CONAN THE BARBARIAN, DEATHSTALKER looks and acts as if it took 1/10 of the catering budget for that film.
